Accountant Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage financial accounting and provide support to the team in daily tasks. This role involves managing general and analytical accounting, entry of accounting records, bank reconciliations, preparation of variance reports, monthly and annual closing reports, VAT declarations, and monitoring accounts receivable and payable.
About the Job
The ideal candidate will have a commercial apprenticeship certificate with confirmed experience in accounting, proficiency in IT tools (Excel, standard accounting software), organizational skills, discretion, and team spirit. The successful candidate will participate in accounting projects, serve as deputy to the Head of Finance, and contribute to strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
* Manage financial accounting, including general and analytical accounting, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
* Enter accounting records, conduct bank reconciliations, and prepare variance reports.
* Prepare monthly and annual closing reports, VAT declarations, and monitor accounts receivable and payable.
* Participate in accounting projects and provide support to the team in daily tasks.
* Serve as deputy to the Head of Finance and contribute to strategic decisions.
Requirements:
* Commercial apprenticeship certificate with confirmed experience in accounting.
* Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, standard accounting software).
