Training & Development Manager In this role, you are the driving force behind the personal and professional development of our teams:
* Strategic L&D Design: You design the annual training master plan. From onboarding and Service Excellence to resilience and digitalization-you set the pulse for over 700 training days per year.
* Leadership Partner for CREATE: Working closely with our HR Director, Alsia, you will anchor our leadership principles within our group of approximately 40 managers. You will facilitate Leader Circles and design workshops that actively shape our corporate culture.
* Quality & Impact: You don't settle for "completed." You develop methods to measure the transfer of knowledge into daily operations (eNPS, Pulse Checks) and manage our L&D KPIs with foresight.
* Learning Culture & Innovation: You will build a modern framework of coaching, mentoring, and feedback, integrating digital learning tools and HR dashboards for data-driven development.
* Excellence through Cooperation: You coordinate collaborations with top-tier partners such as the Swiss Leadership Academy or HSG (University of St. Gallen), purposefully bringing external expertise into the hotels.
