Accountabilities
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Merchandising & Operations, Jr Manager to lead the end-to-end management of our DTC e-commerce platforms and support marketplaces across the EMEA region. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless onsite execution, operational excellence, and localization of multiple country-specific websites in various languages and currencies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and brings a passion for driving performance and customer experience at scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal refreshes across four regional e-commerce sites in English, French, and German.
* Manage end-to-end localization of content, product copy, and promotional assets in collaboration with translation vendors and regional stakeholders.
* Merchandise category and landing pages to reflect commercial priorities, sell-through performance, and inventory availability across different stock points.
* Maintain and optimize on-site search effectiveness in all languages, improving relevance and keyword tagging.
* Manage product setup, uploads, and maintenance across EMEA marketplaces, ensuring data integrity and compliance with each platform’s requirements.
* Align closely with the Senior Marketplace Manager to ensure timely execution of product activations and assortment refreshes.
* Coordinate product imagery and localized copy to ensure consistency with brand and marketplace guidelines.
* Troubleshoot product feed and listing issues using tools such as Tradebyte; escalate complex technical problems as needed.
* Oversee daily site operations including content QA, navigation updates, and coordination of tech tickets for bug resolution and enhancements.
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, enhancements, and third-party integrations to ensure site stability and business readiness.
* Assist in the execution and monitoring of A/B tests to drive conversion optimization, improved UX, and performance uplift.
* Partner with supply chain and 3PL teams to support smooth order fulfillment, delivery timelines, and returns management.
* Ensure all sites meet local compliance requirements, including language, tax, and privacy regulations.
* Monitor site and marketplace KPIs, including traffic, conversion, sell-through, and customer engagement metrics.
* Support weekly trade reporting with actionable insights on site performance, merchandising effectiveness, and customer behavior trends.
* Partner with the Senior eCommerce Operations Manager on campaign and promotional performance reviews, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, site merchandising, or marketplace management, ideally in a regional or global capacity.
* Hands-on experience managing multiple e-commerce sites across various languages and currencies.
* Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus), PIM/DAM systems, and marketplace tools (e.g., Tradebyte, ChannelAdvisor).
* Familiarity with UAT processes, A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize), and conversion rate optimization strategies.
* Strong analytical mindset with experience using web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Contentsquare).
* Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple timelines.
* Experience working across European markets; proficiency in French or German is a strong plus.
