Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
Track and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels while representing major brands
Build and maintain professional relationships with partners, demonstrating empathy
Achieve targets set by the client and internal goals
Requirements: Fluency in German
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong soft skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills
Computer literacy and tech-savviness
Resourcefulness and ability to multitask
Ability to thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
