Key Responsibilities
The Account Onboarding and Retention Expert will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of new account partners and driving their long-term success. This will involve developing and implementing strategies to enhance account partner satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with our sales and marketing teams.

* Develop and implement account retention strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction rates.
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and development.
* Provide exceptional customer service across various channels, ensuring seamless account management.
This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working with B2B accounts and building trust-based relationships.
