We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented IT Support Consultant (L1/L2) to join our client in Geneva. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth daily IT operations in a fast-paced and international environment.
IT Support Consultant (Level 1 & 2)
Location: Geneva, Switzerland (On-site)
Contract Type: Temporary – Consulting Assignment
Workload: 40–42 hours/week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 18:00
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support for users (hardware, software, network, and peripherals)
* Diagnose and resolve incidents via ticketing tools (remote & on-site support)
* Install, configure, and maintain devices, applications & user accounts
* Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when required
* Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up on user requests
* Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvement
Requirements
* Proven experience in IT Support / Service Desk (Level 1 & 2)
* Strong knowledge of Windows environment, MS Office / O365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems
* Ability to troubleshoot network & workstation issues
* Fluent English required; French highly appreciated
* Strong communication skills, proactive mindset & customer-focused attitude
* Ability to work fully on‑site in Geneva (Monday to Friday)
