Job Description
* Create and update customer accounts and price lists ensuring accuracy and consistency according to established checklists
* Manage the creation and updating of surgeon profiles in the system
* Review, manage, and archive contracts, ensuring proper follow-up and compliance with organizational procedures.
* Review, manage, and archive Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) documents, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Prepare for and support audits, ensuring all relevant documentation and processes meet audit standards.
* Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting for Customer Service, STAAR Management and Sales
* Provide on-demand backup support for Customer Service Representatives
Your profile
* Completed administrative/commercial education (or similar)
* Working experience within a Customer Service department, preferably within an international organization is preferred
* Very good English skills - both spoken and written. French and/or German skills are preferred. Every other language is a plus
* Proficient computer and MS Office skills
* Stress resistant, reliable and flexible personality with very good communication skills
* Open minded as well as service oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
* Experience in Oracle Cloud Applications or Oracle ERP is a plus
