You will answer their questions, solve their problems, and guide them through their financial journey with Yuh. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as a point of contact for clients, primarily handling written inquiries (chat, email, in-app messaging), and delivering a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented customer experience. /li liProvide prompt, accurate, and reliable support related to the Yuh app and banking services, ensuring a high level of service quality. /li liSupport clients by clearly explaining products, features, and processes in an easy-to-understand and empathetic manner. /li liEnsure high client satisfaction by carefully addressing requests, executing client instructions, and resolving issues with professionalism and attention to detail. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve the customer experience during interactions and contribute ideas to enhance services and processes. /li liAccurately document client interactions in internal systems and ensure proper follow-up where required. /li liCollaborate closely with the Customer Care team and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. /li liComply with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and the principles of fair client treatment at all times. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
