Although these situations are complex, they are stabilized thanks to personalized support. A team of 18 is dedicated to supporting the residents, ensuring their physical and psychological well-being, and hygiene care. Working within the Tourmaline home means actively contributing to a living environment where respect, inclusion, and quality of care are paramount.Work environment: The Bioles site is distinguished by its exceptional setting, offering a magnificent and soothing environment, conducive to the well-being of our residents and our team.
