Opportunity Within our Procurement team, based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a: Perfume Procurement Manager, with a maximum duration of 7 months. You plan and ensure the delivery of all components for the perfumes Business Unit franchises. You are responsible for managing activities with our suppliers as well as reporting. Finally, you actively contribute to our projects, procedures, and ensure the tracking of orders from our suppliers, as well as demand forecasting. In close collaboration with our internal teams (regulatory affairs, development, marketing, quality, and finance), you coordinate the supply of our perfume components (bottles, cases, pumps, concentrates, etc.) and ensure their delivery within deadlines to avoid stockouts. Through daily contact with our suppliers, you monitor and coordinate the forecasts for incoming and outgoing products and alert in a timely manner in case of difficulties. You are responsible for tracking the service level of our suppliers as well as our stock (reducing obsolescence, determining safety stock levels).Your Background Holder of a degree in Supply Chain or related fields, you have around 2 years of similar experience, ideally in a regulated environment. You master the processes of replenishment and supply chain management. Additionally, you have an excellent knowledge of SAP, Office (Excel, Access, and Power BI). A rigorous, autonomous person, you are recognized for your dynamism and professionalism. Open-minded with a strong customer orientation, you have an ease of communication and enjoy teamwork. Proactive and synthetic, you know how to take a step back to have an overview and thus propose improvements to existing processes. Goal-oriented, you are a driving force for achieving set objectives.
