You are responsible for supporting sales and execution in contract and risks management and ensuring consistent management of all proposals and contracts. Define and deploy the best practices and guidelines to ensure consistent and complete preparation of global risk reviews. Oversight of the contract management process, bidding submission, contract negotiations and document management as required.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible jointly with the Sales Responsible to develop project specific contractual strategies, risk assessments and corresponding cost provision considerations. Work with the sales and account management team on Frame Agreements.
Overviews the legal function in reviewing and commenting on the contractual tender terms and conditions and corresponding update of the Risk Review database. Actively participates in Risk Review preparation and meetings.
Support the continuous improvement of the contract and risk management process and other improvements (e.g. rev split agreement, etc.) within the Global Business Line. Develop and maintain contract and risk management training program and contribute to regular Sales Operations Handbook updates.
Support the handover of all relevant contract and risk management aspects from tendering to execution stage.
Participate in project reviews to identify contract and risk management aspects to be addressed and support definition of corresponding mitigation strategies upon request (e.g. notifications, claims, variation orders, etc.). Participate in lessons learned exercises to assess and outline t
