About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and well‑organized Office Coordinator to join our team in Lugano. This is a part‑time (60–70%) hybrid role, combining on‑site presence in our Lugano office with remote flexibility.

You will be the day‑to‑day go‑to person for keeping the office running smoothly — supporting the Partners and the wider team with administrative, secretarial, and basic accounting tasks. The role is ideal for someone who is methodical, takes pride in attention to detail, and wants to be part of a purpose‑driven team shaping the future of sustainability.


Key Responsibilities

* Support the Management with calendar management, scheduling, and travel logistics
* Manage invoicing, receivables, and basic accounting tasks in coordination with our external accountant
* Handle administrative aspects of insurance and similar compliance topics
* Support the execution of the company's communication plan
* Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and partners
* Take care of day‑to‑day office administration — supplies, vendors, correspondence
* Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the team


Qualifications

* Strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders
* Familiarity with basic accounting tasks (invoicing, receivables, expense tracking)
* Experience in Office Administration, including handling management's agendas, scheduling, managing office supplies, and ensuring operational efficiency
* Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks calmly
* Previous exposure to consulting environments or supporting senior professionals is a plus
* A positive, can‑do attitude and genuine interest in sustainability and ESG topics
* Fluent English and Italian mandatory, French, German, and Spanish fluency are a clear plus
