From global moments like A-list partners to seasonal lifestyle narratives, you'll blend a fashion-forward edge with our performance roots, translating concepts into compelling visual stories across channels.
Your Role
* Art direct iconic lifestyle campaigns, including global campaigns and talent partnerships.
* Work across channels such as TikTok, social media, OOH stills, campaigns, and film direction.
* Translate seasonal concepts into visual stories that resonate with culturally aware, Gen Z, and Gen Alpha consumers.
* Collaborate with copywriters, product teams, retail designers, and brand partners.
* Align with the Senior Lead Art Director on seasonal milestones and brand consistency.
Your Profile
* 5+ years of experience in art direction at a global brand or creative agency, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or culture.
* Portfolio demonstrating visual concepting across social media, campaigns, and film direction.
* Strong portfolio showcasing unique and conceptual art direction.
* Experience leading shoots, talent, locations, and collaborators.
* Fluent in visual design principles with strong instincts in photography, film, and emerging formats.
* Comfortable with large-scale campaigns and fast-paced content creation.
* Proactive team player with creative optimism and clarity.
* Experience managing timelines, resources, and team dynamics.
* Passionate about culture, design, and creative innovation.
* Fluent in English, written and spoken.

You will be part of the Brand Visual Direction team, responsible for shaping the look and feel of the On brand across various touchpoints, including campaigns, product storytelling, and retail, ensuring a consistent and elevated visual identity.
