Introduction
The Grand Hotel Belvedere in Wengen is a 5*-Lifestyle hotel existing of two historical buildings, with 90 rooms and suites, 2 restaurants and a Spa.
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our BAR team for the summer season. The ideal candidate has previous experience within a 5-star environment or hotel setting and is committed to delivering exceptional service and high-quality beverage experiences. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards
* Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests at the bar and restaurant areas
* Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar menu offerings
* Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality of all drinks served
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
* Monitor stock levels and assist with bar preparation
* Follow all hygiene, health, and safety procedures
* Handle guest requests and resolve any issues professionally
* Work closely with service and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
* Maintain a calm and professional attitude during high-volume service periods

Requirements & Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Bartender in a 5-star environment or within a hotel setting
* Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and beverage service standards
* Ability to maintain high service standards under pressure
* Professional appearance and excellent guest service skills
* Team player with strong communication abilities
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays during the summer season
* Good knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus)
