Job Title: Senior Product Architect – Personal Care Devices
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and evaluate system concepts for next-generation personal care devices, focusing on robustness, manufacturability, and user experience.
* Oversight of full system architecture, including power management, drive train, motor control, and interface to the brush head.
* Collaboration with internal and external design and engineering teams (mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, industrial designers).
* Guiding concept selection using structured methods (trade-offs, calculations, simulations) to ensure optimal design decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* 10+ years of experience developing consumer or personal care devices.
* Strong system thinking with ability to analyze technical details, proficient in CAD (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks), FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS), and engineering analysis.
* Experienced in managing complex electromechanical interfaces and design constraints, knowledge of manufacturing processes (injection molding, gear train design, etc.).
