We’re looking for a Supplier Quality Manager to shape and lead our supplier quality strategy, collaborating closely with internal teams. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring our suppliers meet the highest standards, helping us deliver quality products to our customers while driving continuous improvement across our supply chain.
What you’ll do:
* Define and implement strategies to manage and improve supplier quality across our network.
* Build strong partnerships with suppliers, ensuring agreements and requirements are clear, up-to-date, and effective.
* Lead investigations into supplier issues, performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions that prevent recurrence.
* Collaborate across teams to assess and qualify new suppliers and products, including reviewing critical production approvals (PPAPs).
* Oversee changes to supplier processes, ensuring they meet our standards and don’t impact production or customer commitments
Who we’re looking for:
* Engineering degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, or Materials Engineering (Master’s a plus) with 5–10 years in supplier quality.
* Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and automotive core tools
* Experience with industry standards
* Skilled auditor with strong understanding of ISO 19011.
* Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and statistical knowledge.
* Understanding of semiconductor products, development, and manufacturing processes.
* Project management skills and a collaborative, proactive approach.
