Your Tasks
Coordination and knowledge transfer between IT SAP FICO & eBusiness, Cost Accounting, and Segment Controlling
Establishment and coordination of a global plant controlling framework in close collaboration with the controlling teams of the segments
Introduction and visualization of variance analyses in plant controlling
Further development of the budgeting process using modern tools, with a focus on manufacturing costs and contribution margin development within plant controlling
Support of functional controlling with a focus on IT controlling, as well as assistance with cost center planning and rate calculations in the plants
Your profile
Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Mathematics
Several years of professional experience in controlling within an industrial company, ideally in an international environment
Solid experience in plant controlling / operations controlling, as well as relevant project experience
Very good knowledge of analysis and reporting tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query, Power BI, and SAP; VBA and SQL are an advantage
Fluent English and willingness to undertake occasional international travel to SFS locations
Strong initiative, high reliability, and strong analytical problem‑solving skills, combined with the ability to think in interconnected, cross‑functional ways
