Role: Are you a hands-on technical professional looking to

looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our
client's team in
Raron. Whether you hold
a degree in engineering or you have completed a strong technical
apprenticeship
(e.g., Polymechaniker, Maschinenbautechniker) with a

mechanics deeply and can seamlessly read technical drawings, this

production setting. What
You Will Do:New Product Introduction
(NPI): Support the NPI team by participating in design
transfer meetings and contributing to the
DFMEA.Inspection &
Measurement: Translate design inputs into actionable test
plans (CTQ cascading) and develop suitable measurement systems
(gauges/test equipment) for the production
floor.Validation & Analytics: Plan
and execute Test Method Validations (TMV). Collect data and perform
statistical analyses to characterize and improve manufacturing
processes.Process Optimization: Actively
collaborate on engineering projects to automate and optimize
standard manufacturing techniques.Control
Plans & Risk: Create and maintain detailed Control Plans
based on product classification and defect frequencies. Review
production risk management
documentation.Reporting: Prepare accurate
reports and presentations for both internal and external
stakeholders. Your
Profile (The
Must-Haves"): Education
& Experience: A solid technical background. This can be a
University Degree in Mechanical/Medical Engineering, OR a completed
technical apprenticeship (e.g., Polymechaniker) with relevant
experience. At least 1 year of experience (including hands-on
internships) in a manufacturing environment is required (MedTech,
Pharma, or Automotive preferred).Mechanical
Expertise: You have a strong foundational understanding of
mechanics and the proven ability to accurately read and
interpret complex technical
drawings.Languages: Fluent German is
an absolute must to communicate effectively with shop-floor
operators, combined with Fluent English for global
engineering documentation.Technical
Skills: Strong analytical mindset to handle data and numerical
trends. Proficiency in MS Office is required; knowledge of Agile,
Windchill, or statistical software (e.g., Minitab) is a strong
plus. Your
