Responsibilities
1. Independent management of development projects during all phases from the feasibility study to the market launch, taking into account the customer's perspective
2. Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality, fulfilment of product requirements and adherence to milestones
3. Schedule and resource planning and project reporting for development orders
4. Development and industrialisation of insulators, systems, devices, processes and product families
5. Preparation of development documents, patent clarifications and implementation of regulatory requirements
Hardskills
6. Several years of experience in product development
7. Experience / further training in project management and in leading interdisciplinary project teams
8. Experience with the development of stage gate processes
9. University / university of applied sciences degree in engineering
10. Experience in the pharmaceutical environment or medical technology is an advantage
11. Business fluent in German and English
