Senior Specialist – Inventory Replenishment

Antaes is recruiting a Senior Specialist – Inventory Replenishment Consultant in Neuchâtel.
You will manage and balance inventory across the Global Supply Chain network to ensure product availability and support new product launches. You will make sure inventory is properly distributed, monitored, and reconciled in line with processes and accounting standards.
Main Responsibilities
* Organize physical inventory counts and perform monthly stock reconciliations for CLH hubs.
* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with Finance.
* Manage the destruction process for consigned inventory.
* Maintain accurate inventory records for financial and operational reporting.
* Provide inventory analysis to internal stakeholders.
* Identify process improvements across the supply chain.
* Analyze KPIs and inventory data, and drive improvement actions.
* Support assigned projects and additional tasks.
Qualifications
* Strong numerical, organizational and detail-oriented skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and sense of ownership.
* Ability to work independently and manage objectives.
* Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Persistent and able to drive decisions to closure.
* Fluent in English and French.
* 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain or inventory control.
* Strong inventory management knowledge.
* ERP experience required (SAP preferred); strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
