Chef de Rang Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Chef de Rang at Geneva Lake. As part of our esteemed team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional table service that exceeds guest expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding dining experiences for guests by taking orders efficiently and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
* Offer expert advice on menu choices and wine pairings, showcasing your extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette.
* SUPERVISE AND SUPPORT junior staff in maintaining high standards throughout the restaurant.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area to ensure an inviting atmosphere for guests.
The ideal candidate should possess previous experience in similar roles within fine dining or high-end restaurants. Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, teamwork-oriented attitude with a positive demeanor are essential requirements.

A thorough understanding of culinary techniques
An affinity for upscale hospitality practices
