The Head of Expense and Project Management will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize expense management processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.
S/he will also be an effective change manager who can lead organizational transformation efforts to drive business growth and innovation.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent, and have at least 15 years of experience in a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a CFO or controlling position is desirable.
Proven expertise in expense management, budgeting and financial controlling is essential.
Experience in managing large-scale budgets and expense allocations is also required.
Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders are necessary for this role.

Requirements
* Masters degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, and 15+ years of experience in related field (ideally a qualified accountant).
* 5 years of experience in a CFO or controlling positions (is desirable).
* Proven expertise in expense management, budgeting, and financial controlling.
* Experience in managing large-scale budgets and expense allocations is essential.
* Strong understanding for Insurance or Financial industry.
* Strong business acumen with demonstrable experience of influencing senior stakeholders.

* Experience of running high performing teams distributed across multiple locations.
