We are seeking a IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead and deliver technology-driven initiatives while bridging business needs and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead IT projects (scope, timeline, budget, risks)
* Gather and document business and technical requirements
* Translate requirements into user stories/specifications
* Coordinate stakeholders across business and IT
* Support solution design, testing (UAT), and delivery
Requirements
* 5+ years in IT Project Management and/or Business Analysis
* Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall
* Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
* Fluent in German and English (mandatory)
Nice to Have
* PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, or Scrum certification
