Your responsibility
1. Analyze and evaluate complex cyber risks, including special cases requiring approval
2. Prepare comprehensive risk reports with actionable recommendations
3. Provide guidance and support for the development and standardization of cyber insurance products
4. Advise on reinsurance strategies and support the structuring and placement of tailored reinsurance solutions
5. Monitor market trends to inform product optimization and drive innovation
6. Assist in evaluating partnerships with external cybersecurity and service providers
7. Design and implement training programs and workshops for cyber underwriters, including coaching and technical support
8. Analyze and enhance business processes and tools to improve efficiency and synergy
Your qualification
9. You preferably hold a university degree in insurance, technology, or business administration
10. Several years of experience in cyber insurance underwriting and/or product management
11. Demonstrated expertise in project management and effective cross-functional collaboration
12. You are an analytical and structured thinker with a confident presence with strong communication abilities
13. You are passionate about insurance and innovation in cyber risk
14. High proficiency in English and German is required; proficiency in other European languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian) is a plus
15. Willingness to occasionally travel within Europe
