Job Description
* Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and market research, targeting SMEs in need of financial services like foreign exchange and trade finance.
* Develop and present tailored financial solutions to prospects, aligning services with their specific business needs.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth transitions from prospect to client.
* Collaborate with the account management team to accelerate the onboarding process and ensure client satisfaction.
* Continuously expand knowledge of financial markets and industry trends to better serve clients and close deals.
* Achieve and exceed performance targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.
The Successful Applicant
* Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for learning about financial services.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify client needs.
* Self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
* Degree-level education with an interest in finance or economics.
* Previous B2B sales experience is a plus.
* Fluent in multiple languages (preferred but not essential).
