Working student 20–40%
We are looking for a motivated student (from the 3rd semester onwards) to support our Ticino region in process engineering, sustainability and quality management.
This role is approx. 20–40% during the semester, with the option to increase up to % during vacation periods.
You will work closely with a senior team member leading process transformation in the region.
Your tasks
Support process transformation and performance improvement initiatives
Support public tenders with sustainability & regulatory documentation (e.g. CSR reporting)
Assist in CSR & sustainability reporting
Maintain and develop the process landscape and documents in DMS
Handle internal quality & environmental inquiries
Track audit findings and follow-up actions
During vacation periods: contribute to improvement projects (e.g. AI, process optimisation, sustainability initiatives)
Your profile
Enrolled student (min. 3rd semester) in business, sustainability, engineering or similar
Native Italian skills, English mandatory, German or French advantage
Organised, reliable and proactive
Familiar with AI tools to work efficiently
Interest in sustainability, quality and transformation
EFZ or technical background is a plus
