We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (Ref DO) to join our team on a long-term contract. You will have in-depth knowledge of business process analysis and will support our clients in the implementation of complex IT projects.
Tasks:
* Analysis and documentation of business requirements
* Modelling and interpretation of business processes (BPMN)
* Support in the introduction of new systems and processes
* Close cooperation with developers and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
* Use of UML tools for the specification and visualisation of requirements
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst
* In-depth experience with UML tools (Innovator, Sparx Enterprise Architect, MagicDraw, etc.)
* Experience in BPMN modelling
* Practical experience with agile working methods
* Experience in the federal environment, preferably in the police or justice sector
* Experience in interdisciplinary requirements gathering
* Knowledge and experience in the use of UX modelling tools (e.g. Figma, Balsamiq)
* Proven experience with Jira and Confluence
Education:
* Completed training in IT
* IREB certification or equivalent qualification in business analysis (CAS or diploma)
Languages:
* German native speaker/business fluent
* French B2 or higher
