Join Randstad Digital Switzerland as a Contract Administrator (IT Procurement) and support our client’s IT procurement activities in a remote, international environment.
As a fully remote role based within two hours of CET, you will work closely with procurement and technical managers to evaluate, negotiate and maintain contracts across software development, maintenance, licensing and consulting services.
Responsibilities
* Provide contract support to procurement and technical managers, ensuring all contracts are evaluated against current commercial guidelines and procedural requirements.
* Understand basic IT commercial legal terms and navigate contracts covering software development, maintenance, licensing and staffing or consulting.
* Manage software licence orders, interpret licence terms and monitor metrics and pricing of software solutions.
* Use RfX processes and proposal/quotation evaluation tools to work with international suppliers.
* Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, solving procurement issues and maintaining strong business acumen.
Qualifications
* Degree in IT, Business Administration, law or a related field.
* Prior experience in Vendor Management or Procurement Category Management, ideally within IT solutions, services, infrastructure or applications.
* Experience with contract management, RfX processes, proposal and quotation evaluation.
* Fluency in English is essential.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI and SAP is advantageous.
* Strong communicator with excellent problem‑solving skills and business acumen.
