Our client is a well‑established international company operating in a complex and dynamic supply chain environment. They are currently undergoing a major digital and operational transformation across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
* Participate in the implementation of new third‑party logistics partners (3PL)
* Design and improve planning processes (As‑Is / To‑Be)
* Support integration of planning processes within SAP S/4HANA
* Coordinate and execute system testing phases (SIT, UAT)
* Provide day‑to‑day support to planning teams on system‑related issues
* Troubleshoot incidents and ensure timely resolution
* Collaborate with IT and external partners on system enhancements
* Ensure consistency and accuracy of planning master data
* Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes
* Maintain and deliver user training and support documentation
Qualifications
* Proven experience in supply chain planning (demand, supply or distribution)
* Strong hands‑on experience with SAP, ideally S/4HANA
* Knowledge of planning‑related modules (PP, MM, IBP or APO preferred)
* Experience in system implementation, testing or transformation projects
* Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes
* Ability to work across business and IT stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Experience working in international or cross‑functional environments
* Hands‑on, pragmatic and solution‑oriented mindset
* Proficiency in English (professional working level)
