Your contribution will play a key role in elevating our CCUS applications and accelerating sustainable innovation.**Your main tasks and responsibilities:*** Execute experimental tasks related to material characterization* Conduct research and experimentally implement laboratory-scale material shaping* Support the maintenance and extension of carbon capture lab-scale plants* Process and analyse data from hands-on experiments and relevant literature* Assist in literature review and modeling efforts* Organize and report experimental results and literature findings in a clear and structured manner**To succeed in this role, you will need:*** Master’s in Chemical/Process Engineering, Chemistry or Material Science.* Laboratory experience in the field of chemical or process engineering, and respective analytical methods* Good understanding of material science, surface chemistry, thermal and mass transfer in separation technologies* Basic competences of data analysis; knowledge of Python or AspenPlus is a plus* Prior experience with carbon capture, especially if sorbent based is an advantage* Fluency in English, both written and verbalNo visa or work permit support can be provided for this role.Reach out to Alexi Donadoni at Alexi.Donadoni@sulzer.com.# What we offer you* 25 days holiday (exclusive of bank holidays)* Defined contribution pension scheme* Employee Assistance Program/health care* On-site car parking/public transport allowance* Access to a wide range of discountsSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
