We are looking for a strategic leader to oversee all aspects of application management, landscape management, team and talent management, vendor management, and cost management with regards to Manufacturing Execution Systems (PAS-X, PI, Elpro and other applications).
This role is at the forefront of driving technological excellence within our organization. In this position, you will report to the Head of Operations IT and be responsible for overseeing strategic and operational aspects of application management, including planning, development, deployment, continuous improvement, and ongoing support.
Your key responsibilities
* Maintain the applications strategy and roadmap for the ME landscape in alignment with business units and objectives.
* Collaborate with business units to manage demand, understand requirements, ensure prioritization, and align solutions with business needs.
* Oversee the lifecycle of ME solutions, from planning and development to deployment, continuous improvement, and ongoing support.
* Ensure compliance with established processes for IT service management and computer system validation during application development, maintenance, and support.
* Work closely with project managers, IT, OT, and business SMEs to ensure ME projects deliver expected value.
Your profile
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
* Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing ME applications and projects.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.
