Joining us means practicing a profession that has meaning, in a human-sized company, where everyone contributes with pride to a common goal.WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Perform physical-chemical, microbiological, and organoleptic analyses, as well as control the quality of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products- Collect, prepare, and store samples and manage the laboratory (including first-level maintenance)- Interpret and validate analysis results, report non-conformities, and propose corrective actions- Write and update reports, protocols, analysis sheets, and associated documentation- Apply and follow quality procedures (HACCP, ISO, etc.), monitor compliance with Swiss legal requirements (FSVO), and participate in internal and external audits- Collaborate with production, logistics, and R&D, participate in problem-solving, and respect safety rules (wearing PPE). Participate in continuous improvement and the development of new methodsWHAT YOU BRING:- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a laboratory technician in biology.
