Key Responsibilities - Industry & Customer Insight: Leverage deep industry expertise to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, informing strategic account planning and solution development. Synthesise global best practices and customer insights to guide business transformation and growth. - Value Proposition & Executive Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technical leaders, articulating Microsoft’s differentiated value and driving strategic alignment across cloud, AI, and digital transformation initiatives. - Thought Leadership & Enablement: Lead technology engagements and deliver industry briefings to influence customer decision-making. Drive customer skilling and readiness initiatives to support long-term adoption and innovation. - Strategic Account Planning: Own and orchestrate complex account planning processes, aligning technical strategy with business goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners to ensure execution and impact. - Demand Generation & Opportunity Creation: Lead opportunity creation through joint envisioning, industry solution plays, and AI/Metaverse strategy. Guide teams in initiating and progressing opportunities aligned with Microsoft priorities. - Technology Strategy & Roadmapping: Develop and execute multi-horizon technology roadmaps that align with customer business objectives. Drive adoption of Microsoft cloud and security solutions through strategic planning and execution. - Trusted Advisor & Security Leadership: Provide thought leadership across IT and business strategy, acting as the voice of the customer. Champion Microsoft’s security vision and guide customers in strengthening their security posture.
Qualifications (Text Only)
Required/minimum qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND several years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience OR equivalent experience. - Fluent in German. - Public Sector Industry expertise - Some years of experience in digital transformation, or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
