Tasks

1. Support Ground Operations from the inside
2. Administer training processes and provide organizational support
3. Coordination and assistance with company internal events
4. Handle station administrative tasks and assist in planning activities
5. Support station operations by providing necessary documentation and communication materials
6. Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies and knowledge management initiatives
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth flow of information and knowledge

Requirements
9. HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) in the field of communication
10. Independent work with proactive planning

12. Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities
13. Customer-oriented mindset and solution-oriented thinking
14. Very good spoken and written English and German skills
