Mission
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering projects across two key areas:
* Development Projects: Collaborate with a dedicated team to oversee and ensure the successful execution of development projects. A strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to coordinate technical teams is essential.
* Third-Party Tools Implementation and Management: Lead projects involving different third-party tools. This includes managing vendor relationships and ensuring the successful integration and deployment of these solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Coordinate and lead multiple internal technical teams to achieve project objectives.
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.
* Provide regular project updates and ensure alignment with business goals.
* Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and external vendors.
* Manage relationships with vendors providing third-party solutions.
* Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon deliverables.
Required profile
* Proven experience in project management, including budget management, planning, risk assessment, and team coordination.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
* Experience in managing third-party vendors and ensuring successful solution delivery.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
