Tasks & Challenges Responsible for order and cleanliness in the staff canteen and kitchen area
Independent maintenance and cleaning of operating and kitchen equipment as well as dishwashers
Responsible for monitoring proper waste disposal
Ensuring hygiene in accordance with HACCP and internal 5-star standards
Taking on additional tasks assigned bythe Executive Chef or Sous Chef
Qualification & Competences First experience in a similar role
Good communication skills in English
Confident in meeting expectations and high standards
Eager to develop the required skills
