Responsibilities Planning, managing and implementing operational and strategic HR projects in Switzerland (e.g., HR systems, processes, transformations).
Leading and actively hands‑on implementing HR projects and developing HR concepts, policies and best practices.
Planning, managing and monitoring project goals, schedules and budgets, ensuring successful implementation in the Swiss context.
Collaborating with international HR teams and translating global HR strategies into local measures.
Analyzing and optimizing existing HR processes, further developing HR systems and promoting digitalization in the HR area.
Further developing HR key figures and reporting structures, ensuring data quality and consistency.
Qualifications Solid knowledge and many years of application of Swiss HR practices (HR professional certificate, operational HR experience).
Several years of experience leading HR projects, also in an international environment.
IT and data affinity, very good knowledge of HR systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors and Abacus.
Strong hands‑on mentality, high implementation orientation, independent, structured and solution‑oriented working style.
Analytical and conceptual skills, ability to prepare and implement complex content understandably.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent German and English in spoken and written form; French an advantage.
