How you can make a difference: * Play an important role within in a multidisciplinary team in the development of new and complex products / segments / features and in the management throughout the entire life cycle * Create product visions and/or strategies independently for complex products / segments / features * Find, quantify, and prioritize customer problems, providing customer requirements for development * Act as voice of the customer within the organization * Play an active role in the market introduction (incl. value proposition) and market presence throughout the entire life cycle * Manage stakeholders within complex projects / activities indepedently * Verify and validate requirements with international users and stakeholders * Play a key role in the market introduction (incl. value proposition) and market presence throughout the entire life cycle * Continuously and systematically collect and prioritize feedback from customers and other stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement * Measure KPIs for highly complex products / segments / features That-s what you bring along: * Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience * Proven experience in developing and implementing successful product strategies * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to present and communicate complex information * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders to collaborate * Independent and goal-oriented approach to work * Ability to work in a team and think in an interdisciplinary manner * Knowledge of regulatory affairs, product development, sales & marketing is an advantage * Experience in the field of Respiratory Care/ Intensive Care and an existing network with corresponding users is an advantage Learn more about career opportunities at Hamilton at jobs.hamilton.ch.
