Your Role Leverage the potential of the measurement market in Switzerland and ensure that profitability aspects and strategic goals are consistently pursued
Lead and motivate the IQS sales, service and application team in Switzerland, foster a strong team culture and ensure optimal coordination and collaboration
Build long-term and trusting relationships with our customers and ensure that ZEISS remains competitive in the market
Identify new business opportunities in the metrology market and develop innovative approaches to exploit these potentials
Your Experience You have a degree in technical and/or business administration
You have at least five years of professional experience in the field of technical instruments, ideally in measurement technology
You have in-depth experience in leading and developing sales teams
You have successfully worked in complex, international organizational structures with several countries and business units
You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
You have a good understanding of the production processes of industrial and/or medical devices
Convince you with strong social skills and strong communication skills
You have a digital mindset and an affinity for modern tools and processes
You have experience in project management
You work in a structured, analytical and solution-oriented manner
Ideally, you have experience in using Salesforce CRM
You are willing to travel throughout Switzerland
