We are looking for a Global Marketing & Brand Expert – Face Care (f/m/d) with immediate effect or by agreement.
Responsibilities
 * Innovation, Campaigns & Design: Lead innovation projects and oversee multi‑functional product development teams. Brief and lead the development of global campaign toolkits and packaging designs in line with key market needs and category drivers.
 * Strategic Development and P&L Responsibility: Develop strategies for specific categories and define an innovation pipeline, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
 * Global Brand & Category Plans: Own and manage global brand and category plans, collaborating closely with country marketing teams to ensure effective market execution.
 * Market & Trend Monitoring: Monitor in‑market performance, analyze category trends, and competition to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
 * Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for your categories, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Your profile
 * Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
 * At least 5 years of experience in brand management within the cosmetics and skincare industry, ideally with hands‑on involvement in product development and collaboration with contract manufacturers.
 * Proven experience in leading innovation projects and managing product lifecycles.
 * Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills and experience in managing cross‑functional teams.
 * Proven track record in developing 360° campaigns that drive sustainable growth, with expertise in digital and social media strategies.
 * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information, coupled with financial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
 * Open‑minded, solution‑oriented and curious, with a motivation for continuous learning and growth. Self‑driven and enthusiastic, capable of managing multiple projects independently.
 * Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written).
