Company Description
The IKEA Supply AG Treasury, part of the Inter IKEA group, is a globally recognized Treasury managing multi-billion currency risks. Our team handles Foreign Exchange Risk and Cash Management at ISAG Treasury, while supporting the organization with Treasury advisory. We are seeking a Financial Risk Manager to ensure continuous knowledge and skill development within the group, providing optimal results for ISAG and Inter IKEA Group.
Your main tasks will be:
1. Manage foreign exchange risk, credit risk, counterparty risk, and liquidity risk.
2. Execute foreign exchange trades with external counterparts, including options.
3. Contribute to treasury policies, rules, and strategies.
4. Provide Treasury advice across various parts of the organization.
5. Be an active and collaborative team member.
Qualifications
Requirements include:
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* 5-10 years of portfolio management experience in a multinational corporate or financial institution.
* Strong analytical skills to assess financial data, risks, and develop management strategies.
* Deep knowledge of foreign exchange markets and economic drivers of currency fluctuations.
* Experience with financial instruments, models, and treasury systems like Bloomberg or Reuters.
* Excellent communication skills to explain complex risk concepts and strategies.
* Knowledge of commodities is advantageous.
* Self-motivated, result-oriented, culturally aware team player.
