Your Responsibilities
* Collaboration in Client Engineering, implementation and administration of Client Infrastructures.
* Ensuring efficient workflows in the field of Client Engineering.
* Support in Change-, Problem- and Incident-Management.
* Assistance in technical support (2nd/3rd Level) for user requests.
* Opportunity to apply professional knowledge and participate in challenging tasks in Client Engineering.
* Operation and further development of software distribution and packaging.
* Willingness to perform shift work.
Your Profile
* Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or medical informatics specialist.
* Independent, meticulous and accurate working method.
* Quick comprehension ability and good technical understanding.
* Pleasure and interest in new technologies.
* Openness, communication skills, developed teamwork and high customer orientation.
* ITIL certification advantageous.
* Experience in Client Engineering and SCCM software packaging beneficial.
* Microsoft Windows 10/11 certification beneficial.
* Very good knowledge in the Microsoft Client environment and Microsoft Group Policies.
* Category B driving license.
