Main tasks: Ensure the continuity of the concierge section’s operations during the absence of the head of the concierge section. Organize the work of the concierge section staff and manage a team of about ten people. Manage the attendance and absences of the team, as well as access to municipal buildings. Oversee the inventory, controls, maintenance, and management of cleaning machines and products. Prepare reports and various correspondence. Profile: Federal qualification (CFC) as an agent or deemed competent in team management. Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position with confirmed experience in team management. Strong sense of public service and ease in human relations. Ability to anticipate, organize, and manage priorities. Team spirit, autonomy, and discretion. Flexibility and responsiveness to unforeseen events and demands. Proficient in MS Office tools, as well as time and access management software.
