We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Sales Development Manager in the Institutional market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in this critical market segment.
About the Role:
* Increase Ecolab's institutional market share through strategic account management and new business development.
* Builtnbsp;relationships with distributor representatives and customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
* Develop and execute business and marketing plans for assigned distributors to drive growth and profitability.
* Win new accounts and generate new sales within a specific geographic area.
* Introduce new products and enhance distributor sales and service capabilities through presentations, training, and demonstrations.
* Foster cross-divisional sales opportunities to drive overall business growth.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree
* 4 years of outside sales experience
* Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous sales development experience within the Institutional market sectors.
* Solid understanding of Ecolab products, services, and systems with a focus on their application in the Institutional markets.
* Results-oriented and possess a strong track record in a business-to-business selling role.
* Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional negotiation skills and a passion to deliver and exceed client expectations.
* Basic knowledge of French language.
