We are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals to drive our continuous organic growth.
We are currently seeking a motivated and creative individual to support Bachem's sales unit in an environment that is rapidly growing in complexity.
In this position, you will drive the data-driven evolution of our sales processes. You will be a major enabler for our commercial team to reach their targets.
You will work closely with our sales and management teams to provide valuable, actionable insights.
To achieve this, you will have access to state-of-the-art ERP and CRM systems and direct contact with senior management.
We believe that in this position a key pillar of success is making data visually accessible.

Your tasks:
Develop an in-depth knowledge of Bachem's Sales processes
Use advanced data analytics tools to analyze our CRM and ERP data
Consolidate this data into accurate forecast data for the commercial organization
Present your findings in front of sales teams and/or senior management
Detect issues and initiate corrective actions together with the business units
Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand dashboards/reports that communicate complex sales data in a clear and concise manner
Work together with other supporting functions to create new solutions which support our Sales teams
Build a strong network within Bachem to foster an understanding of company-wide processes
Support/represent Sales in strategic projects within Bachem
Create and refine models to guide our Sales processes
Your profile:
3-5 years of experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
3-5 years of experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
1-3 years of experience in business analysis/data visualization
excellent written/spoken communication skills (English, German/French is a plus)
ability to work independently and to provide deliverables at within agreed timelines
strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
excellent data visualization skills
strong familiarity with MS Office products
knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices is highly desirable
knowledge of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is a plus
