We are looking for a Sales Business Developer who will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs and converting interactions into sales by offering personalized leasing solutions.
The ideal candidate will own the sales process from inquiry to contract signing, ensuring a customer-focused experience. They will manage inbound calls, chats, and emails, consultations and Test Drives turning leads into sales.
Maintenance of communication with leasing partners, verifying customer credit for smooth contract finalization is also part of the job. The Sales Business Developer will manage sales activities in the CRM, including credit checks and document validation.
They will collaborate with partners and financial institutions for a seamless sales process, contribute ideas to improve sales processes and lead conversion. Participation in sales kickoffs and workshops to boost performance is also required.
The Sales Business Developer will share customer feedback to inform product improvements and optimize processes for increased sales and retention.

Requirements:
