Job Description
* Review / prepare financial statements and oversee the accounting for a portfolio of entities;
* Support budget planning and cash flow forecasting activities to aid strategic decision-making;
* Manage the accounting team;
* Foster effective communication and rapport with stakeholders, including family members, team members, and advisers;
* Help monitor tangible assets and the individuals responsible for them (such as property managers), while resolving routine operational or administrative issues;
* Respond to one‑off enquiries and provide analytical insights and summaries for leadership.
* Oversee tax‑related obligations and design efficient tax approaches for both personal and investment matters.
* Contribute to deal processes, including reviewing contractual terms and building financial models for purchases or divestments.
* Work alongside external partners to manage various compliance needs
The Successful Applicant
* An academic background in accounting, finance, or a related field;
* At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar position;
* Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are advantageous;
* Fluency in English and French.
