To strengthen our General Department, which offers high-quality legal and compliance services to our internal units, we are looking for an experienced insurance and compliance lawyer (m/f/x), 80-100%. Your various missions will include: - Using your knowledge and experience in the private insurance sector in Switzerland to identify and provide legal support to the business in analyzing relevant legal updates for our insurance company, ensuring the monitoring of their implementation to guarantee the long-term compliance of our operations. You will also benefit from your legal expertise in business projects regarding these aspects.- Conducting the necessary internal analyses to coordinate and respond to requests from regulatory authorities, assisting with their on-site inspections, and making necessary submissions to authorities in a timely manner to ensure compliance with our activities.- Contributing to the sustainable compliance of our operations by ensuring the relevance of internal directives, monitoring regulatory developments, managing compliance risks, and overseeing periodic reporting to management and the board, as well as supporting our internal legal committees.- Collaborating with business colleagues: planning, developing, and conducting, in French and German, training sessions and workshops on topics relevant to Vaudoise Insurance.- Collecting, identifying, and addressing reports of violations of our internal regulations, in conjunction with other stakeholders in the company.What makes you unique: - A Master's degree in Swiss law or a supplementary or postgraduate degree in insurance and/or compliance.- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the insurance sector in Switzerland is essential.- Proficiency in French and an excellent command of German (minimum C1).- You are also comfortable in your interactions with colleagues and external stakeholders.
