Our client is an international company located in Geneva.
Job Description
As an IT Agile Coach, you will work at the heart of technology teams to:
* Support the implementation and maturity of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or equivalent)
* Coach IT teams (Dev, QA, DevOps, BA, PO, etc.) on Agile practices, delivery, and continuous improvement
* Challenge and support Product Owners and Scrum Masters
* Facilitate key rituals (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.)
* Promote a product-oriented, business-value-focused, and performance-driven culture
* Identify organizational impediments and propose improvement initiatives
* Support IT management in scaling Agile across the organization
The Successful Applicant
* Mandatory Technical Background – Strong technical IT background is required
* Solid understanding of software development environments and application architectures
* Knowledge of IT delivery cycles (SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, etc.)
* Ability to interact with technical teams credibly and pragmatically
Key Skills
* Proven experience in Agile coaching within IT environments
* Mastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
* Experience in international, matrixed organizations
* Excellent facilitation and communication skills
* Natural leadership and coaching presence
* Ability to engage with technical stakeholders and senior management
* Fluent English is mandatory (international environment)
* French is a plus
