* Synopsis:
The Configuration and Reports Specialist will play a pivotal role in the successful deployment of Office Practicum, ensuring seamless technical and configuration requirements are met. This involves collaborating with the Implementation Project Manager to complete all assigned duties within the project timeline. Key responsibilities include installation and configuration of peripherals, verification of technical services, database setup and testing, and facilitation of client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation and Configuration: Installation of Office Practicum software on client workstations, configuration of peripherals, and verification of technical services in collaboration with the client's IT professional.
* Database Setup and Testing: Database configuration for PM/Billing, including providers and staff, insurance plans, appointment reason codes, locations, and other required setups.
* Clearinghouse Services: Installation and configuration of clearinghouse services, e-prescribing services, EPCS, PDMP, Phreesia, OP Mobile, Direct Messaging, InteliChart services, developed reports, forms, dashboards, and other required services.
* Facilitating Client Expectations: Management of client expectations during the implementation process, including discussions with the IPM regarding potential delays due to missed or incomplete tasks.
* Implementation and Go-Live Support: Collaboration with the IPM and Training team members to provide implementation and go-live support.
* Documentation and Case Management: Update customer case details (Salesforce) and OnRamp (Project Management Tool) to record work performed.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or university is required.
* Relevant Experience: 2 years prior experience in healthcare IT administration or related disciplines, and 2 years prior experience in database management or SQL reporting.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, IBExpert, Reports Builder, Web-based applications, G-Suite knowledge, HTML certification, Basic SQL, Healthcare ANSI X12 EDI standards, basic connectivity, network, and hardware standards, application troubleshooting concepts, and techniques, and ETL concepts.
